We are planning on running a number of comps for members only during the next few months.
There will be the usual Photo of the month and Guessing type comps, but we hope to be able to structure and start Australia's ONLY ONLINE FISHING COMPETITIONS.
These online comps will be run in a similar [though less complicated] to that used in the Kayak Wars etc.
Here is an over view of the Points Distribution and I will finalise this and post it very soon.
Basically you can score points in two methods for two different tally of points.
1. Minimum Size Points = 20 points
2. Trophy Fish Points = 20 points added to original score, therefore a Bream that you get 20 points for minimum size you may well get a Trophy status and end up with 40 points.
The comps will be run over a two month period and would have no baring on your other fishing comps etc. as you will still be able to submit those pics for points allocation.
POINTS DISTRIBUTIONS
Points to be distributed for both Minimum Size as well as a Trophy point award system.
- Minimum Size Points are those fish that meet the minimum legal size for that species, Minimum Size Points 20.
- Trophy Points to be allocated for record catches of species above a set size, Trophy Size for species receive an additional 20 points to their tally sheet for the year.
- All submissions must give a good clear and accurate reflection of the fish, it is therefore recommended that the use of ‘Brag Mats’ is to be encouraged.
- The angler must also include a brief description of the fish such as the gear used etc
- The list below contains the names of those species eligible for the SCFL Points System.
- SCFL points are based on the MINIMUM LEGAL size for any given species as per the State and Territories Guidelines.
- MINIMUM SIZE PAYS 20 points
- TROPHY SIZE PAYS an extra 20 points

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
In order to confirm your catch submission, ALL images submitted for points allocation MUST BE DATE STAMPED and UN-EDITED.
It is best to upload your entries directly via your mobile phone so that the exif. file remains undamaged for the entry.
Any submissions that do not meet this requirement will unfortunately be in eligible for addition to the score sheets and will be deleted.
This is a GOOD WILL competition series and as such it is hoped that all members will enjoy their time here with like minded [if a little screwy in the head] folks. Please keep this in mind when visiting to submit your catches.
